What is The Holiday Project by Cory and Sara?

It is a fully hosted, turnkey holiday party held at Deroche Hall in the Fraser Valley, created by Cory Cassel Productions and Sara Lucy Event Design. It allows small business teams, families, and groups of friends to enjoy a completely decorated festive event with dinner, drinks, and entertainment without having to organize or host it themselves.


How do we book a space for our group?

Groups can reserve individual tickets or book full tables of eight. You simply pick your preferred date and theme, confirm your guest count, and purchase your table online through the link HERE.

Is there a limit on capacity?

Yes, to keep the atmosphere cozy and intimate, each event is strictly limited to 12 tables of eight per session.



What is included with our table reservation?

Your ticket includes full access to the decorated venue, a themed holiday dinner, grazing dessert platters for your table, custom festive cocktails, photo backdrops, live entertainment, and full setup/take-down services.




Are daytime options available for work teams?

Yes, in addition to evening dinner parties, they offer a "Holiday Team Lunch" option. This allows corporate teams to leave work early and celebrate without taking up their personal evening hours.
